These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Comevoyage. By booking a trip, tour, or travel-related service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed

  • All payments will be made in Singapore currency

  • A mandatory deposit will be required for traveler who will be driving during the trip

2. Cancellations and Refunds

By Customer:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to business@comevoyage.com

  • Strictly no refund, only name change is available and will incur additional charges

By Company:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient bookings, weather, natural disasters, government restrictions)

  • A full refund or alternative arrangements will be arranged

3. Travel Insurance

The travel insurance is provided by Great Eastern, fully covered and included in the package. Only applicable to the residents of Singapore (Singaporean, PR, Work Permit)

4. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other entry requirements for their destination.
We are not responsible for any denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

5. Driving Licence

An international driver license is a mandatory requirement for travelers who will be driving.
Failure to provide the required documentation means you will not be permitted to drive.
We will provide a chauffeur, which will incur additional charges.

6. Changes by the Traveler

Any requested changes to a confirmed booking (e.g., travel date, destination) are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after booking.

7. Our Responsibility

We act only as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by the actions or negligence of third-party providers.

8. Traveler Responsibility

  • Follow all local laws and respect cultural customs

  • Ensure you are medically fit for travel and notify us of any medical or dietary needs

  • Behave respectfully; we reserve the right to remove any disruptive traveler

  • Drive carefully and responsibly; the user assumes full liability for any car damage

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Comevoyage shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or other irregularity arising from any third-party acts or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or border closures.


11. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your tour guide or contact customer service immediately.
We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after your trip ends.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
